Care Built on Compassion and High Standards
"Trusted Hands. Warm Hearts."
The Thinking Behind Our Name
We chose the name Agile Care & Support deliberately. In care, a person’s needs rarely stay still. They change with health, with age, with the seasons of life, sometimes gradually and sometimes very suddenly. We believe a good care provider must be able to move with those changes, calmly and without fuss.
Being agile, to us, simply means being responsive. It means adjusting a care plan quickly when circumstances change, stepping up support when it is needed, and never leaving a family waiting when something matters. But responsiveness on its own is not enough. It must be matched by compassion, patience, and consistency, so that the care a person receives is not only quick to adapt, but kind, familiar, and dependable. That balance, responsive and warm, sits at the heart of who we are.
Our Mission
To provide compassionate, person-centred care that helps people live full, independent lives in their own homes and communities, delivered safely, effectively, and with genuine respect for dignity and choice.
Our Vision
To be known across the communities we serve as a care provider of the highest standard. One that families trust, that professionals rely on, and that treats every person with the compassion they deserve.
Our Promise to You
We will take the time to understand the person, not just their needs. We will create their care plan with them, not for them. We will match them with carers who are right for them, and we will keep families informed every step of the way. And when circumstances change, we will be there, ready to adapt.
Our Values
Dignity & Respect
We honour every person’s individuality, culture, beliefs, and choices, at all times.
Safety First
We maintain careful safeguarding, risk management, and oversight, so people are safe in our care.
Compassion
We lead with kindness, patience, and warmth in every interaction.
Responsiveness
We adjust willingly and quickly, so support always fits the person’s needs as they are today.
Accountability
We take responsibility, listen to feedback, and are honest about how we can improve.
Why We Exist
Across the country, more and more people need care at home, and more and more families are searching for a provider they can genuinely trust. Too often, care is rushed, impersonal, and slow to respond. We set out to be different.
We exist for the daughter lying awake worrying about her father. For the husband who wants his wife to stay in the home they built together. For the person living with a disability who simply wants the freedom to live life their own way. And we exist to show that care delivered at a high standard can also be warm, personal, and there when it is needed most.
